Stills from the glove history. It's ketchup, don't worry. The Iowa tiny circus camp is winding down for the summer. Thanks to Sarah, Grace, and Jess, off to London and Minnesota.
Aleah is working on a circus flag based on a drawing by Greta. It is made of bits from her quilting bag.
New projects happening soon: animations with Grinnell College students, more work on the trailers.
That is just so great! I love Aleah. I love Aleah. I love Aleah. You know when I was a kid, I always wanted to be on the flag corps at school. My sister was and I was always jealous. can she make one big enough for me to twirl? that would be nice. maybe a costume too!
Tiny Circus is a community based art-project and spectacle that rolls from place to place in vintage airstream trailers. We make and show short animations that make up a show entitled: "The Other Histories of the World". You can find out more here, and contact us here.
Help us!
Our goal is to provide free community based art and entertainment. We are on a shoestring and funding this work ourselves. Your micro-grant will be greatly appreciated and help start the mobile projection pods a-rolling. If you would like to be a friend and supporter of the Tiny Circus, please click here.
